The purpose of the Mission Motherhood Fitness Class is to help you get the exercise you need with the added benefit of fellowship with other Christian women. Please feel free to call Kyla Nichols at 713.898.1709 should you have any questions.
8:30-9:00 Mondays & Wednesdays - Stroller Walking
  • Weather permitting, we will power walk for 30 minutes in the neighborhood behind the church.
  • Children are welcome! Please feel free to bring them in front carriers, strollers or jogging strollers. Please~ no children walking.
  • On days the weather is bad, we will meet indoors only.
  • 9:40-10:10 Mondays & Wednesdays - Strength Training
  • The goal of this class is to help you strengthen your muscles.
  • All exercises are modifiable to meet your fitness level. If you have them, please bring small hand weights (3-5 lbs.)
  • Children are welcome to all the classes. However, please understand that we are not able to provide childcare so the responsibility of caring for your children is yours. We do make an effort to have an area of play with some toys to help entertain your children while you exercise.
