9:40-10:10 Mondays & Wednesdays - Strength Training
Children are welcome to all the classes. However, please understand that we are not able to provide childcare so the responsibility of caring for your children is yours. We do make an effort to have an area of play with some toys to help entertain your children while you exercise. |
