Cleaning

Like the Levites of old, is to come together, prepare our hearts, and make sure the buildings are clean and useable for each and every service and special event!

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is by no means a complete list, but does give some idea of what we do to prepare the house for service to the Lord.

Clean Restrooms (in youth center, main sanctuary, and eastside on Mondays & Thursdays)

Wash windows

Vacuum

Empty trash

Dust

Check for cobwebs

Check for minor painting or repairs that need to be reported to maintenance

Report bulbs that need to be replaced (fluorescent).

Change light bulbs in accessible areas.

Other Needs

If you think you can assist with any of the following, please call us and let us know

Clean sidewalks and entry carpets (jet-wash) once a month.

Spot clean carpets with machine once per quarter.

Clean carpets in foyer once a month.

Clean foyer blinds once a month.

A Call for Servants

The Cleaning Ministry at Calvary Houston offers an opportunity to share the love of Christ with both the brethren, and those who have not yet received Christ by presenting a facility that offers no distractions in the way of disorder, or unseemliness.
